• MUKATECH managers and employees carry out all their behaviors and activities in a transparent, honest, ethical standards and ethical values.

• All kinds of discrimination such as language, religion, race, color, gender, age, ethnicity and others are prohibited within MUKATECH. Racism is not limited to sexual or ethnic content, but any intimidation, aggression, insulting word or behavior in the business environment is within the scope of harassment zero-tolerance policy applies to all types of harassment.

• MUKATECH employees are obliged to carry out all kinds of work by taking occupational health and safety precautions and respectful to the environment.

• MUKATECH employees are obliged to protect and not share any information about all employees, managers and the company. Employees are obliged to protect and use all assets of the company with care.

• It is not possible to define here the whole of illegal business processes and unethical behavior patterns. Your personal conscience, common sense and common mind will be your best guide for unconditional compliance with MUKATECH values and policies, laws and regulations, all obligations related to contracts.

• Failure to comply with MUKATECH procedures, rules and principles may result in cancellation of your labor contract and result in punitive sanctions. If you encounter any unethical or inappropriate behavior, notify your department managers without delay. Punitive sanctions apply to all employees and managers who, despite having knowledge, condone, allow, delay in taking preventive actions in intervening.
